If someone introduced Flash for iPhone, you'd see 99% of the world's phones jailbroken.

The program most tempting me is Backgrounder

Why is it interesting? Apple doesn't dictate that music can be DRM free- the music companies do that. Apple is merely the reseller. In the case of their own intellectual properties, they can (sadly) do whatever they please.

This is why I like Android so much - open as can be :)

If I remember correctly, it was Apple that was pushing for DRM free music few years ago. The music industries wasn't keen on doing that.

Mine is jailbroken simply for backgrounder. I can't explain how ridiculous I think it is that I can't decide that I want a program to continue to run. FWIW, I have 0 problems with it and I run 3 programs constantly in the background that aren't Apple apps.
