Forward-facing inflatable pillows

http://www.skymall.com/shopping/deta...id=96981577&c=

Has anyone used one of these, or can you recommend another brand?

Those neck pillow don't work for me and I think I'd be much more comfortable sleeping leaning forward...

I have used this pillow and, since I'm face-down sleeper, it was the best sleep I've ever had on a plane. But it is a bit bulky when deflated.

How well would that work if the seat in front of you is fully reclined? Which it likely would be on a long overnight flight.

I used it in Thai Air premium economy so there was plenty of space in front of me. In typical economy it would be much tighter, of course, but I think it would still work.

And, yes, it looks a bit funny, but it does its job.
