Luggage with spinner wheels that lock

Hi all, I'm trying to find luggage that has 4 spinner wheels that lock, so they don't move (very useful on the train). I've looked at Briggs & Riley, Tumi and Samsonite but can't seem to find any! Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I recalled this discussion of Muji with wheels that apparently lock:

Muji. Experiences please

Apparently on sale, too:

Ah OK, are they the only company that does locking wheels? They don't come with a warranty so I'd rather have someone else.

I am surprised this feature isn't more common. The Muji cases are very nice and I recommend them. I've never found the warranty on luggage to be useful, and Muji sells spare parts to repair their own bags. There are some other Japanese companies that also make cases with locking wheels, like the Proteca brand from Ace Bags.

They have frequent sales too.
