Looking for 4-wheeled pilots case
I'm looking for a top-opening short and squat "pilot's case" with four wheels, not two.
The Rimowa one is $1500+ and is sold out everywhere. I see imitations are available on AliExpress but would prefer not to use an imitation.
The Aleon one is two-wheeled, as is the Parat 208.363.151, which otherwise looks perfect. Samsonite's pilot case has four wheels, but is not too opening; it has a zipper opening like a clamshell like the Away Daily Carryon.
The only one I can find that meets my requirements is the Design 4 Pilots Pilot Case Airliner, but it's not available in my country. I may try to pick one up next time I'm in Thailand or the EU though.
Any other recommendations would be much appreciated!

Have you tried calling different rimowa stores in the cities you plan on flying to? When I was looking for a different model I called around and found it in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The regional supervisor delivered it to the airport hotel I was staying in. If you want a pilot case, I'm certain a regional supervisor can find you one. Good luck.

Quick Update
I happened to swing through Bangkok recently and so picked up the the Design 4 Pilots Pilot Case from the excellent store Kisslanding.
The case is great. Well made and sturdy, with a comfortable carry handle, and nice organization inside despite having a single large main compartment. Really clever removable wheels and a quite premium feel despite the affordable price.
Two small gripes only: first, fully extended the handle is a bit tall for me, and doesn't stay locked in a lower position. Second, the latches require a combination but don't permit access via TSA keys. I am worried that even if I leave the combination in the unlocked position, it might get disturbed if checked.
