Are (4) Wheels Made Equal?

I'm currently traveling with the American Tourister (Samsonite) Arona hardsided spinner set. It's an el-cheapo set that was probably sold in the outlet market, but they've been holding up fine and I'll wait until they wear out to replace them.

Currently, they have wheels that look like this:

The wheels are fine, but I would like to replace them with ones that roll even better, perhaps something like this:

Now, my question is, is there a standard (or multiple standards) for the mounting patterns for these wheels, or does every manufacturer just do their own thing?

Based on the three spinners and the three non spinners I own, ALL of them are different. But, I would guess a good luggage shop could configure a set for you. Sometimes it's as simple as keeping the existing housing and just replacing the actual wheels.
