B&R Transcend Backpack
I have been using a B&R Large Clamshell for quite a while (2.5MM BIS miles) which I liked but which had some problems. Just bought the Transcend backpack which solves all the problems.
Nearly perfect for my needs. Only nits
- Has a single large middle section, which makes it much easier to pack clothes
- Got rid of a lot of unnecessary dividers/compartments
- Laptop section zips only on top which prevents laptop from falling out.
- Small outside pocket is slightly larger and more useful
- Lighter than the older
- Has inside zippered pockets (missing in some of B&R's new backpacks.)
- Has inside pocket for large passport case.
Nearly perfect for my needs. Only nits
- I prefer the old dark colored zipper handles
- Not bad but could look slightly more professional.
