Vdri & Airism
I'm a big fan of Airism as they are super light-weight, but in NYC, where the summers get humid, when I lived there, my favorites were Vdri's - www.vdri.net - they are definitely a high quality undershirt. Airisms are cheaper, especially when on sale, but I like the quality of Vdri's
