Small wheeled tote/briefcase under $100?

Small wheeled tote/briefcase under $100?
OK, well, there's more criteria than that but I couldn't fit it all in the title. Also, I can spend a little more than $100 but I'd really prefer not to spend over $150.
Basically, I really like this Haiku Quest Roller bag but not at that price.
I've found a ton of tote/duffel/briefcase type bags w/ wheels that can easily convert to a shoulder bag when needed (stairs, short distance carry, etc) but most are missing that thing in the back where you can slip it onto another rolling bag. It doesn't need to be a woman's bag specifically and I'd prefer a single interior compartment rather than divided/accordion styles. Basically, I need to be able to fit this + 13" laptop so it needs a little depth.
The combination of these needs is harder to find than I expected!
I've had some back & shoulder problems recently so carrying my beloved backpack or heavy shoulder bag is something I really can't do for extended periods anymore.
