The bag is awesomeness in fabric
While sturdy, still flexible to cram it in A320 overhead - Laptop (13") still nicely protected by the 'Cell'.
Conversion from/to shoulder-bag/back-pack is a breeze, too.
Can't wait next flight with it ^

It fits easily if loaded flat, needs a bit of cram if you try this position:

I use a Briggs and Riley 231x Expandable Cabin Bag

The only thing it lacks is a padded laptop compartment so I use a padded laptop sleeve instead.
It does fit in AC personal item sizer if not expanded and it hasn't been questioned as a personal item on AC, SAA, BA and WS.
