Flyertalk luggage tags

i just took delivery of my new FT luggage tags. I did see the picture when I ordered, but nearly dropped the envelope when I unpacked the real thing. . Do they have to be so, well,... Loud? Or enormous? Not sure I will have the nerve to use mine. Shame.

I always put mine on, they are the only tags I have (and yes, they are ginormous, tacky and loud) but they get the job done - people see them and fellow flyer talkers know you belong to our clique

ThaNks for the encouragement Nufnuf, I will bear it in mind and maybe even pluck up the courage to use some of them!

Loud and enormous, well if you're a true FT:er ^
I always tag my bags with them, no need to be shy.

I've been wondering if there's a downloadable graphics file somewhere. Resize, colour printer, laminator, hole punch, cannibalise a strap from another tag, job done.

A standard luggage tag/credit card sized tag would be a vast improvement.

I have one on my roller, on the side handle where it's out of the way but it's a little big for putting on a backpack or messenger bag imo.

Why not just get a big tattoo on your forehead then?

Credit card sized, in the same yellow/black color and scheme as the standard tag.

I don't mind the size. It's led to some interesting conversations. Most recently some regulars from the CX forum spotted them on my bag in the Pier F lounge in HKG.

They sell Flyertalk thongs??? There are about 30 comments rolling around in my head about that one.

They also sell a small luggage tag for $6.99.
