Where can you get Night Nurse outside of UK?
I used to travel to UK frequently, and found that Night Nurse works best for me to get a good night sleep on a plane.
Now that I don't go through UK much due to new posting, I have been trying to find this in Brazil, Dubai, Singapore or Tokyo. But so far no joy.
Does anyone here know where else do they sell this outside of UK?

Night Nurse is a brand; it contains promethazine, dextromethorphan, and paracetamol. It is the promethazine (an anti-histamine) that aids sleep, though dextromethorphan (an anti-cough agent) has some tranquillising effects as well, but these fade into insignificance beside those of promethazine. So if you can find promethazine available over the counter or in a cold or cough preparation, it should do the same job for you.

It's not a scheduled drug, so it should be pretty easy to get from a doctor, and it's an old one so it's fairly inexpensive.
There are a number of other sedating antihistamines on the market which are OTC and while I suspect the OP has already tried some of them, if not it's worth trying them.

Isn't there a branch of Boots in Dubai? IIRC there was one in the Dubai Mall. Boots would be the typical outlet for this product in the UK.
Alternatively, I just looked on the boots dot com website. The product is there. At the top there is a pulldown "ship to" to select your shipping country. Looks like they might ship to a country of your choice. You will soon know if it works, if you try to do an order to ship to you. Please update us here with the result!
