Costco 'Kirkland Signature' 20" Carry-On [UK]
Is the Costco luggage made by Tumi by any chance? The likeliness seems remarkable in many respects and this bag even has the Add-A-Bag system that the Tumis have.

I have two Costco luggage, one of which recently lost a wheel. When I contacted them for support, they told me that their bags are made by Ricardo Beverly Hills.
