Moist toilet tissues in 1L bag Liquids?

No, I've never experienced issues carrying them (wet wipes or facial cloths, etc) They're not liquids or gels - they're just damp solids. Previous threads on the same subject here say pretty much the same thing.....

I've traveled with various sorts of damp towels/tissues for a long time with no issues at all. I just throw the packets into my carry on bag.
