Note - these are essentially the same seats as the American Airlines Flagship Suites on their 777. First Class is in the "B" zone of the 747 (Business is in the nose and upper deck), presumably because the seating configuration needs the extra cabin width.

When was the last time you got a meal like this on a 600 mile flight in the US?
