Pocket-size, shoots RAW, large sensor, wide, manual control, what are my options?

I am looking for a pocket-sized camera to take with me when I'm not using my professional gear. I am looking for something that shoots RAW, has a large sensor (the bigger the better), has as wide a lens as possible (zoom not necessary but good to have), and allows full manual control of aperture/ss/iso. Full frame Leicas are out of the picture because they are too expensive. What are my options?

Nikon DL 18-50? Assuming it ever ships, that is. It seems to have what you want, but it was originally supposed to ship in June, then September, now apparently October.

Have you considered the Fuji x70? I recently downsized from the x100s for when I don't want to (or cannot) travel with my full-frame Canon, and I love it. I will caution that it did take some getting used to not having a viewfinder.

I have, still a bit expensive though. I would prefer to stay under $500... But will go up in budget if I can go up in sensor size (or wider lens).

X70 or Ricoh GR would be perfect for that job.

RX100 for zoom

I've been pleased with my Canon G7x for this type of use case.

Sony RX100...had one, then tried EOS M3 for bigger sensor. Going back to RX100 once I make sure Mark V doesn't have some significant improvements when it gets announced.

Does the RX100 give you full manual control of iso/f/ss? (I don't mean individually)

Canon G7X should be a great cam, but costs $700.
It has more zoom range than the RX-100 (24-100eq vs 24-70) and has a 13.5x18mm sensor, almost APS-C.

I have original RX100 and people still get surprised with how good the pictures come out for the size of the camera. Smaller than Canon and Panasonic and I rarely ever needed more zoom.

Personally I quite like the Canon EOS M3 for travel. The EF-M 11-22mm ultrawide lens is optically really quite good.

Autofocus is considerably slower than the competing mirrorless (Sony a6x00 and Fuji's) though, so it does matter what type of content you are shooting.

Also the competitors are more feature packed with 4K video, built in EVF, etc, but the M3 is significantly cheaper and is a value proposition for me, and most importantly the image quality from the sensor is excellent.

That said, I have the Canon M5 on pre-order. M5 is significantly more expensive than its predecessors and still lacks some features of the competitors, however it brings me much closer to what I want in a compact travel camera kit, and I already have the EF-M mount lenses that I want already, including the newest mk2 revision of Mitakon's 35mm F/0.95 lens.

If I wasn't already vested in that system, I'd give the Fuji XT-2 system a strong consideration.
