Clever, and very well done^
I look forward to being able to wipe out lens flare, small distractions, etc., without having to get into the sophisticated/complex tools needed today. If it works as well as it does in the demos, this will be a great addition. I managed to hold off on the CS4 upgrade, but I may bite early on this one.

Have any of you put Aperture 3 to a test..it's pretty impressive as well, softening tools, blending, repair tools and easy to use. also has links to FB, mobile me and flicker all built in.

Funny that the site calls it Photoshop 5. It's part of Creative Suite 5, but it's actually Photoshop version 12.

The "announce" is April 12th, and the release is April 27th. Most dealers should have pricing on the 12th and you'll be able to pre-order but nothing will ship until the 27th. You'll probably be able to download the full functioning 30 day demo on the 27th also.

Traditionally, the download demos are fully functional and will have a 30 day time limit. You would need to enter a valid serial number within 30 days in order to continue using it. I don't know how they will handle CS5; I can only assume that it would be the same as CS4.

Photoshop Std CS5 will be $699 new/ $199 upgrade/ $599 upgrade from Elements.
