It didn't take a Quebec newborn long to earn his wings.
Nicolas Turgeon was born on a medical flight from Rouyn-Noranda approaching landing Friday morning near Montreal, his mother, Josée Simard, said from her Ste. Justine Hospital room.
It comes to a point where nature does its work. I looked at the doctor and told him I wasn't able to hold it off much longer," she said. "The doctor was seeing the hair on its head, so he realized he didn't have a choice. It had to happen on the plane."

Good thing that didn't happen in the US. The TSA would probably have arrested her for sneaking someone onto the plane.

Good job it wasn't Ryanair - I'd hate to find out what their rates are for booking a seat in mid flight

Given that's there's someone on board who hadn't provided their travel info in advance, wouldn't it have been escorted by F-15's to some out of the way airport like Bangor
