Actually, one might think that BofA could easily give the employee Saturdays off for Sundays on...it's a 7-day-a-week operation, and you gotta figure Sunday is the toughest day to staff........

The problem is the guy doesn't work for Bank of America, he works (well, worked) for BA, as in British Airways.
