e-ticket
Hi all,
I'm writing a story for a national magazine on the trouble some people are having with e-tickets, specifically getting stuck if you're flight is canceled. As most people who read this board probably know, e-tix can be harder to transfer to other airlines because you usually have to convert them to paper before flying on another carrier.
I'm also interested in any stories about why regular paper tickets can pose problems.
If you've had problems with paper tickets, such as getting a refund for a ticket, pls let me know.
And if you have comments about when it's best to use e-tix and when paper is better, feel free to share those. Thanks, -M.
