Stranded in PHX - quick technical help plz
flt delayed this morning due to mechanical on ATA PHX-HNL..originally scheduled out at 920am... ATA now ferrying in new AC...planning departure now between 3-4 PM...ATA refusing to reprotect on other carrier... How long do I have to be delayed B/4 they must reprotect... UA to HNL via SFO departs at 1P

Think I'm sol....ticket purchased thru Apple Vacations...thus considered "a charter."

My travel agent has informed me that ATA is all charter from PHX - HNL. They have 48 HOURS to get you out without any recourse. I think you are right... SOL.
FYI, no rule 240 listed in onetravel.
