luggage-handlers in ZRH on strike
the luggage-handlers at ZRH airport (all employed by a SR divison) went on an unannounced strike today from 4AM to 10AM. Checking-in passengers had to carry their luggage themselves to the plane - connecting passengers trough ZRH will often miss their luggage on arrival at their final destination.

till 1997 (since 1934 or so) strikes were (by mutual agreement between unions and emplyer's organizations) ruled out. No more.
But that 'slow work action' this morning at a speed = 0.00 m/hrs
was in fact (legally) not a strike but a coordinated 'working by the rules' and slow-down demonstration with the same effects as a 100% strike.
