No more Thrifty for me, at least not in the USA. Canada, different story, locations are often in terminal and service comparable to other majors. Bad US experience was at LAS, had to fight to get a coupon honoured at LAX too.

Feb rental - Presidents weekend + BB All-Star weekend.
Bad- very dusty as place is under construction
- no one at the Blue Chip counter-had to wait with the rest of the folks
- system inventory not current(shows no SUV/4wd) - due to high demand
Good - 2 Grand Cherokee's in the lot - Limited & Laredo
- got the Limited for < $350 including the pre-paid fuel for the week
- shuttle from/to airport was 100% better than National
- return was painless too
Verdict - I would rent from them again nxt year.
