Is MIA/FLL for Easter/Passover gone crazy?

What would be reasonable for an airport during a major vacation period?
To get lower prices, try a neighborhood store, probably with another company. It's a barrier to entry that families toting luggage, kids, and strollers often won't bother with. Competition is primarily locals with cars, who will run away if the price is bad. One-waying to the airport might not be that much higher, either.
