Showers at BKK?

Are there showers for passengers at Suvarnabhumi? I have read there are some in airline lounges. But how about for passengers without lounge access?

IIRC there are none, except at the airport hotel that charges $15.00

If you want to be "cheeky" go to the desk of the airline you are flying with, and advise them during extreme turbulence on your flight over with xxx your beverage overturned and you need to shower. Prior to getting the gold card this worked reasonable well for me. Mind you to get it to work I sometimes had to embellish it a trifle, look "lounge material" and you had to just come off a long flight and transiting with the same airline.
