I have not flown PG but I thought PG have been offering lounge access to all passengers for years? Or at least they put J pax in one lounge and the rest in the other.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Did at now DMK when it only operated ATRs.

Looks like Boutique lounges are for the masses, Blue Ribbons for BC and elites.

PG offers a lounge for all passengers. If flying J or holding Premier status with PG you can access the Blue Ribbon Lounge which has an expanded menu and comfier seats. Some of the Blue Ribbon Lounges are also accessible with Priority Pass.

Wi-Fi and plugs for chargers?

BTW, I heard that Thailand uses both US 2 prongs power plugs and European 2 round prongs?

Pretty much all sockets will also accept a rounded third prong as well. 220V/50Hz.

So most or all sockets will take either the US plugs or the Euro ones, including the 3-prong round ones?

Don't need to pack any plug adapters for my devices with US power adapters -- all of them 100-240V?

ALL will take US plugs with 2 flat pins and most as well European ones with 2 round pins, but most not the Europeans with 3 round ones

but many middle to high end hotels have sockets that take above and also the UK plugs

Been in there many times... Nice enough place to relax and enjoy free coffee before heading off to the gate....free Wi-Fi too. Have never failed to get a seat in there.
