Bangkok dining

Dear luxury hotel forum contributors, if you had two free nights in Bangkok, where would you choose to eat? I'm open to all cuisines and budgets, although one of the nights should be really good thai food. I know this probably belongs in another forum, but since you all have great taste in travel and hotels I would appreciate your views on dining too. I'm hoping the moderators will agree to leave the post here....
