Fare Codes

Does anyone have a list of what the fare codes are for Thai? I'm just checking some class availability and at first glance it appears that there's 17?? Also, is it normal for them to only show a maximum of 4 seats available on class availability? I've search many dates/times and never seen anything more than F4, A4, etc

There is a link here from *A thread:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=411769

Some systems seem to show max of 4 for F/A classes (first), and a max of 9 for biz/econ classes.

F, A and P are first class fares. Fares are listed in decreasing order of price. Similarly C to Z are Biz classes.

Is there a way to find award availability for TG on the Internet? Expert Flyer does not give it.

Unfortunately NO and I don't ever think TG will ever release that info to any other booking tools besides their own. However, u can always call in (hopefully waiting time is not long) and ask how many award seats they have left both for TG and *A flights.

Thanks Kiam
If I want to use a UA award on TG, can I call TG to find out if they have availability or must I call UA?

Brunos, if you want to redeem UA mileage, u have to call UA directly. U can always call TG to find out if they have award seats available (pretending u want to use TG miles). But that is a waste of time as UA can also see seat availability on any *A flights.

That's good to hear, but since I'm not a member of TG program, I'm more interested in Star Alliance upgrade inventory. Maybe I should work on TG status as I will fly to SE Asia at least three times from NYC next year.
