Advice for FCO-BKK-SYD/HKG in F

Advice for FCO-BKK-SYD/HKG in F
Hello there
I managed to book 2 reward seats in F for myself and Ms M@rcoPolo, flying TG945 FCO-BKK on OCT10 then I continue onto HGK on TG600 and Ms MP onto SYD on TG471, again both in F.
As it's the first time I fly F with Thai I would appreciate your advice on how to make the most of the "experience" especially when it comes to:
- F-class lounge in FCO - is there such a thing?
- Best F seats for a couple - we booked 2E/2F on TG945, is this the best option for a couple?
- Layover in BKK - we land in BKK at 5:35AM then fly out at 7:55AM to HGK and 8AM to SYD... are we too early / do we have enough time for massages at the lounge?
Any other suggestions you may have would be very much appreciated

If nothing changed a common Lounge in the Satelite Terminal (Boarding Area G)
Spa normally opens at 6am - once you reach the F Lounge, ask the receptionist who will arrange everything with the Spa and will also escort you there (BTW this is just across the concourse).
