Drive Time at IAH
Assuming I hop into a cab at 3:15ish on a Thursday, approximately how long should it take that cab to get from the Westin Galleria to IAH?

perfect world 30 minutes. Realistically 45. Worst case budget an hour or make sure you or the drive checks the transtar traffic webpage it will show which freeway is clear (it can be found abc13.com or chron.com)

The Loop can get pretty ugly any time of day, and at that time it's already pushing into rush hour.
