Green Status Window?

The status window on the upper right of my screen (with the welcome, last vist, and PM status) is normally clear or highligted in yellow when I have new messages.

This afternoon, the window was shaded in a vomit-green color; any reason why?

Thanks!

I just noticed the change of color this afternoon as well. My new PM notification was in odd-green.

It used to be bright yellow, even when FT had the "face-lift" on 9/4/08. Is this new ugly color another FT "surprise" improvement?

It was green for me as well, and then it suddenly went back to its usual yellow or white background colors.

If they did, shouldn't the color be either red or blue? What's green got to do with it?

It turned green on me tonight when I had an unopened PM.

Small issue, but I really do prefer the yellow highlight that was in the previous version to the green...

It shows green when there are unread messages, and now white when no unread messages.
