Freezing after posting?

Freezing after posting?
Almost all of the time, after I make a post by Quick Replying Firefox sticks on a blank screen saying "waiting for site..." before eventually timing out. If I click Stop and go back to the thread, then refresh it, my post is there.
Any idea why this is happening?
