FT automatically refreshing every second

FT automatically refreshing every second
FT refreshes automatically every second once I log in. Anyone else having this issue?
This makes FT unusable. I turned off JavaScript and the refreshing stops. Clearing my cache and FT cookies did not help.
I have a new PM, maybe this is what is causing it? Unfortunately I can't delete it without JavaScript.
