Notifications haven't stopped for me, they just seem delayed 12-24 hours. This has been the case for the past couple days. Seems like the email queue is backed up over at the HOM somehow. No other emails from other sources are delayed, so it isn't a server issue on my end... the emails have the correct timestamp, they just aren't being delivered promptly.

Kevin and his team are aware of the email backup and are working to get it cleared up. Thanks again for the heads up!
