Size codes isn't taking effect ... why?

The size parameter for the post isn't taking for some reason. The quotes around the # were put in by the advanced window after the 1 without the quotes didn't work.
Am I doing this wrong somehow or is it the system thats choking?

It does to me now too but it didn't/wasn't when I posted this message and that post. Very strange but could be associated with the other access issues and just a timed delay. Who knows.
