Problem going back to previous page?

I'm having a problem using the back button on IE or ALT-<--. The previous page does not automatically come up, and sometimes I have to click three or more times to actually make the command work. This has been happening for a couple of weeks, and only on FT so I don't think my PC is the cause. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have noticed this as well. When I click and open the 'Back" item to see the list of pages I can go back to, I now occasionally see that my first link 'back' is the following:

http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pa

If I select the previous page I was on from the list, it works fine. So, for me (IE6) user, this is a recent occurrence... don't know what changed.. perhaps the method Google uses to block popups is diferent now.

Good to know this is not only my problem. Perhaps someone from tech could give us a reason why and potential fix?
