You would need to send a request in a private message to either "Tim at Webflyer" or "Mikel at Webflyer". Make sure you indicate why you want it changed... and a suggestion on what you want it changed to if possible.

I'm confused. This seems to contradict the TB decision linked to by Tim.

The policy now -- post-"grace period" and given more recent TB decisions -- is that "technical changes" are allowed but that any desired changes to FT name that go beyond "technical changes" means requesting a new FT name/identity (and no transfer of post counts/posting history) and a lock out from the prior FT name/identity.
