Caps

I am trying to have a title of a new thread all CAPS, but for some reason it constantly reverts back to small CAPS: "NW PK157" becomes "Nw Pk157".
What's going on??

the software interprets any title or post that is all in capitals as "shouting" and forces it to lower case

you just need 1 character in lower case to stop this from happening, eg "q: NW PK157" would be okay

If you edit the original post with all caps, it will take.

This is true to my knowledge, the shouting filter is on, but I think it is bypassed by including lower case characters in your post title.
