I signed up for the non-online Inside Flyer subscription (via the link for the subscription for Freddies voting) - is it still possible to get FT Premium as a paper issue subscriber or is that only available for online subscribers?

Yes, you need to go to: https://www.insideflyer.com/signup/request_account.php
There you can claim your online access to the IF.com website. You can then use the normal means to sign up for Premium. Thanks,

I signed up for IF.com (several days ago) and still get the "We could not find an active InsideFlyer.com user account that matches the info you have provided." error message. I can log into IF with no issues.

You should be good to go now. If you still see ads, try logging out and logging back in to reset your cookies.

I got the renewal invitation e-mail on March 9, renewed immediately online so thought I was all set for the no-ad online version to continue.
Logging on today, I see the 'Welcome, Roger' message, but there are ads all over the place.
Am I alone?
Curiously, the welcome back message says 'you last visited: Yesterday at 11.39 p.m.' (GMT) yet the so-called unread messages go back way before then.
