Search down today?
I get no results on any search, even when I am certain that my terms will return results.

Any issues with search this afternoon?

I just searched for "Alaska" in the Alaska forum and got pages worth of hits...

I don't see any problem with the search, just did a test search. Common words may be ignored and result in not finding a result in a search, could this be the cause of what you are seeing?

I searched OMNI for "thoughtful nuanced civil discussion" and, oddly, got no hits.

You'd have to read a lot of posts in there before you discovered a thread that consisted entirely of a thoughtful nuanced civil discussion.

I generally leave out common words, given the chance that they won't contribute towards any search results.

Oh, well. Can't recall what I was looking for now.
