PM Window Display

When I get notified of a new PM and click on the okay button to display it, the PM window does not fit into my regular computer window anymore, it's displayed about an inch to the right and an inch down. This makes scrolling impossible unless I move the PM window, and then I still don't get the entire PM webpage window to display.

A while ago when clicking on the PM button, the PM window would look just like any other FT or webpage window, it fit perfectly. Has something happened on FT and I need to adjust a setting? Did I inadvertently change a setting on my laptop? I am using IE 6.0.2900.something. (This is a work laptop and I really can't change my browser).

The only way around this for me is to have 2 FT sessions going at the same time and ignore new FT notifications and go to the second window to read the PM.

This is not a big deal, I was just wondering if I could fix this? I am not very technical so I hope you all can understand my slight display problem. Thanks!

It sounds like the problem is that the size of the popup window is too small? If this is the case you can fix this by increasing the size of the window, you can resize a window by clicking on the bottom right corner of window and dragging it if the window is not maximized or you can click the maximize button that is at the the top of the window just to the left of the 'x' to close IE.

Well I don't think I changed the popup window size lately. And I know how to move screens around, so I don't think this is the problem. Why I asked this question was because a few weeks ago it worked differently (better) for me. I just can't explain what it's doing. Maybe if I can email a screen shot to you, you'd understand what my PM pop up is doing? Thanks!
