display settings wrong!

display settings wrong!
Hi,
I'm facing a small problem. The time stamps on posts do not seem to reflect the correct time.
I posted at 2pm, but on the FT board, it says I posted at 3pm instead. What could be the case?
My location settings have not been adjusted (GMT +8), and there is no daylight savings in this part of the world.
Can someone help?

If you have this set properly the time should be correct. My posting times have been correct this morning.

I didn't have to do anything. When I posted a reply, it was 9:49, but the posted time stated 8:49. After I asked this question, I pulled up the other thread, and the posted time stated 9:49 - without any action! 
(Remember, 90 seconds earlier it stated 8:49.)
