How long before posts disappear from this board?
I noticed some old posts have of mine have disappeared from FlyerTalk. I ran a search on my FlyerTalk username and came up with only 139 posts, although posts from October 2000 did show up (that is the month I registered.)
Was the database corrupted during one of the many changes?

No. When FlyerTalk switched over to its new format (with FlyerTalk Miles, FlyerTalk Travel, etc.) all the old posts (not sure what the cutoff date was) were taken and put into the FlyerTalk Archives board. You can access FlyerTalk Archives from the menu page on Flyertalk Miles (where you choose the airline board, etc.). The Archives looks just like regular FlyerTalk, but you can't post anything (read-only). Just go to the Delta board, and do a search as normal. Some of the links have problems, but it's all there!
