Suggestion: Post the date of the first post in a thread

I was thinking that it would be interesting to know when a thread was started. Would it be a lot of trouble to post the date of the first post next to the name of the poster? (I'm not suggesting that someone go back and add the date to all the old threads.)

To be honest, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for this. Board hacks just cause problems, and I really hate implementing them.
