A short time ago someone asked me why I was listed as a Registered User. Shortly after they asked, the "listing" went away and I'm not one anymore. I've seen a few others in my travels and wondered what did that mean?
Thanks

While i should let the tech guys doing their own talking, I thought I might try and embarass myself....
I think it's because for some forums there is a 60-day period of registration before use and my guess is that the 'registered' simply is counting toward that time period and once you pass the date, the title comes off. Only my non-expert, non-tech observation.
So tech guys, how did i do? Was I right?

Thanks Randy. I figured someone would know the answer but I never thought I'd get it from #1
.
Did I mention I'm really enjoying myself here? Got real tired of the politics in the other groups. Really refreshing to ask a travel question and get a travel answer.
