New Thread Nav Bar?

New Thread Nav Bar?
Is this new or did I just notice it for the first time. 
There seems to be a "new" nav bar at the bottom of the thread viewing page that includes links back to "MyFlyerTalk", "Contact Us", "Flyertalk" (main page), "Archive", and "Top".
I've always wanted something like that at the bottom of a thread page, particularly the link back to MyFlyerTalk.
If it is new - good work! ^ :-:
PS - I like the new home page, though it was initially a little confusing.
