OMNI subscription

I had subscribed to OMNI prior to its recent demise - and it was on MyFlyerTalk page.

Since its resurrection, I have re-subscribed several times to no avail - it never shows up as a subscribed forum on MyFlyerTalk - the only way I can get to it is via the root forum page.

Also I get the t&cs everytime and have to click on Agree every time - is that the way it is supposed to work now or is something wrong?

You should get an answer from FT soon enough -- but it's my understanding that the two issues are related. There's some earlier discussion here or on Only Randy Petersen about it.

The Powers That Be have decided that you should go through the agreement page every time you enter OMNI to reinforce the notion that it's a privelege and we're all responsible (there are other ways in, but the point is that you "should" see that page every time). In order to set this up, for some reason the subscription function becomes broken. You will also notice that the OMNI link and the Only Randy Petersen link on the FT Forums page do not show the last posts to those forums - these links point to the appropriate Welcome pages and there are no "posts" on those pages...

At least that's my understanding of why you can no longer see OMNI in your Subscribed list.
