Q on printing thread and a multipage thread

How do I print a multipage thread.. i.e.. say a ten page thread and get the entire page (each page) to print (as opposed to printing just what is on the screen).. and without having to click on each page to print that particular page.. or can this not be done?

If it's a multi-page thread, after you click the "Show Printable Version" link within the Thread Tools drop-down, you should see a "Show 40 posts from this thread on one page" link. Although that still won't necessarily put all posts within that thread on one page, it should cut down the number of pages that need to be printed.
