HTTP 404 problems
I am facing a lot of HTTP 404 Page not found errorrs in all the links that I click on in the following thread in the Hilton HHonors forum.
Can some please fix it. I have an upcoming trip to HHV and HWV next month and all the info is crucial.
Thanks,

Unfortunately, this is not an issue with which the technical staff can resolve, as this problem is widespread throughout FlyerTalk with any links posted prior to April 1, 2004, which is the day FlyerTalk became powered by the vBulletin bulletin board software. There is no easy solution except to search for the information yourself.
The links that remain are from when FlyerTalk was powered by Ultimate Bulletin Board software by Infopop. They ultimately became broken once the software transition took place.
All that the technical staff can do is search for the information once accessible by the broken links. With the powerful Search feature in the current software, this is something you can actually do yourself.
When you find the information, you can post the updated links in the thread for others to use.
Actually, the technical staff can resolve the issue if they devoted the time and energy to it, but this would surely open up a flood of requests similar to yours. I would contact the original poster of the broken links and alert him/her of the issue. Hopefully that FlyerTalk member will take the time to resolve it.
