how to refresh a FT page?

how to refresh a FT page?
Hitting reload doesn't work as it brings you back to the menu of forums.
While in OMNI, I like to hit refresh or reload and get the latest OMNI postings.

At the top of the page, you should see:
Just click on the "OMNI" part. It should go back to the OMNI index and refresh it.

Here is a suggestion, which I find helpful and have personally implemented:
I customized MyFlyerTalk for myself with only the forums (fora?) that I want to view regularly.
Occasionally, I will simply click on MyFlyerTalk to refresh everything, all at once.
