Photos not posting/uploading?

Photos not posting/uploading?
I tried attaching photos to a post and all I get after "Upload" is a blank white box. They are ~400 pixels on a side - tiny - so not too large. And I had uploaded photos just minutes ago to another post.

I am unable to add photos today with both Alert: This image can be not be uploaded errors and later attempts just getting stuck at 90% progress. I tried multiple connections - including mobile roaming data as well as local WiFi in South Korea.

I tried to make a post with a photo and the photo would not upload properly so the photo was not visible. I was not able to delete the post. Is there any way I could delete the post and if so how? My post I want Deleted is in the UA forum.
